Local Gunsmith Recommendations

I’m in need of a reliable gunsmith for some trigger work. If anyone has personal experience with someone local who does great work, I’d love to hear your recommendations!

I've used Buckhorn on Ustick in Boise for some trigger work on two S&W N-Frames. Decent job at a good price. BTW - before he passed John Taffin used Buckhorn for his gunsmith needs.

If it’s a 1911, you definitely want Dean Barton in Eagle.

It might help to note where you are located. If you are in CdA a southern Idaho gunsmith won't be much help.

Thanks but is about the same distance as Boise for me. Will take a trip to Buckhorn in Boise when back in town.
