Umm…no, not at all.
Come to Virginia - we’re about to become another California or Massachusetts from what Richmond is working to pass this year. No Castle doctrine, no Stand your ground, and they’re working on a potential CCW change that may drop us out of reciprocity with other states.
Idaho has been / is still on the top of most people looking to relocate. I was an Idaho resident for 52 years and still have family there - laws there are much better / by far more common sense than many other states.
