This is my 1973 built Colt Combat Commander. I sent it off to ROBAR in Arizona (before they went belly up) and had some work done on it. I had them install Novak tritium night sights with the rear sight that has bar under the notch (see photo below), a beavertail, and slightly larger than stock thumb safety. They also gave it the NP3 treatment (Teflon impregnated nickel). It is so slick it can run absolutely bone dry. The did a great job and it has been 100% reliable with factory and reloads. The holster is a Milt Sparks.
