I just picked up an ultrasonic cleaner for gun parts. Since I can also use this for brass, what is recommended for drying the brass after cleaning?

I usually dump them on a screen or mesh tray so air can circulate then let them sit overnight. If I’m in a hurry, a dehydrator or warm oven works fast and avoids any moisture hiding in the cases.

I wet tumble some brass, and dry tumble others. after wet tumbling I have a box with a screen bottom I put the brass in, and set it in the sun, stirring occasionally, in the winter I do the same thing but near a heating vent.

Just spread the brass out on a towel and run a hair dryer on low heat over them, then let them air out before tumbling. The real problem comes from moisture trapped inside the case necks.
