The prosecutor’s report is here. It says 5 rounds were fired.

As I read the report, the woman had a gun and not only pointed at the police, she fired a round. Assuming this is true, it’s justifiable use of force, regrettable as it is.

The report I read says 5 government shots were fired followed by 10 more (to make sure)? Are we headed to a world where police make bed checks to see if we have guns at night?

Perhaps what you read is incorrect. I would go by what the prosecution says. She fired at cops. She brought it upon herself.

So if "someone" Invited by another "someone" breaks down your bedroom door and (falsely) or not claims to be police, they are justified in shooting you to death?
How many home invasions are conducted by thugs falsely announcing they are "police"? How ore we to check?

Make a call to the police...they will tell you right away.

Thugs pretending to be the police won't be wearing police uniforms. Police doing checks like this won't be in plain clothes.

That whole incident has been talked about in a few places but the details feel all over the place and a lot of it gets mixed up with rumors. From what I've heard, they did look into it with an internal investigation and then had some legal review but the final official findings haven't been super clear and you won't find them neatly summed up in one spot.

I’m not sure who you are referring to. ICE agents always wear identifying clothing. If you are referring to federal law enforcement as thugs, you have issues.

Removing illegal aliens (they are not immigrants) is called enforcing US laws. Interfering with that activity is a felony and should be prosecuted.

Your posts indicate an extreme dislike for law enforcement personnel.

And that is why I stated I was not sure who you were referring to. I do sincerely apologize if you were not meaning LE personnel. The ICE agents have been called thugs hiding in plainclothes and masks in the open press. This was my interpretation of your statement. Posts are often unclear and misunderstandings are common, so it is always a good idea to spell out completely what you mean and have a dialog if there is a misunderstanding or misinterpretation.
