What type of pistol or revolver would you say makes the most sense for Santa to keep handy while he’s out delivering gifts?

Glock 17. It's winter... He can conceal a full size in that coat.

Since he rides around with reindeer I would be worried about attracting bears, so Saint Nick should carry a .454 Casull. Around town he can load it with .45 Colt ammo.

No, Santa is a traditionalist. That 1911 thing will never catch on, it’s just a fad.
