I'm just starting out with reloading and I'm looking for a .30-06 load for elk hunting. I'd really love to hear what powder and bullet combos have worked great for you. Any tips?
If I were gearing up for an elk hunting trip and using a .30-06, I’d definitely choose a 180gr Nosler Partition with some IMR 4350. It’s just such a reliable combo, it's taken down more elk than I can even imagine.
