Got a trip planned to see some family, and I'm trying to figure out the best route to take. I want to bring my firearm along, but going through New York State is making things more complicated than I thought. I know some folks may have experience with this kind of situation. Avoiding NY would add a ton of extra driving, which isn't ideal. Just wondering how others have navigated this or what routes you've found that work well.
