greetings from the border.
My passion is black powder and flintlocks. I putter about building flint locks and repairing the odd gun that my neighbors bring by.
I like anything that goes bang, but so far I haven't talked the Queen of the house to let me get a cannon. someday.
I was an avid hunter when I was younger and healthier. now I sit and talk to the white tail and mulie Does that browse on my flowers and fruit trees. get tempted occasionally by a couple 28-inch mulie bucks but watching them grow from button heads to Oh! my gosh! makes it hard to put cross hairs on them.
Live over looking the duck ponds IDFG put in for the mosquitoes and hunt ducks and geese once in a while if I can con a youngster to pack the decoy's and a recliner out through the cattails.
If anyone wants to get into flintlocks I have a good collection and sell, trade, or build to suit.
